Angry Chickz to Open First Watsonville Location This March

Nashville-style hot chicken concept continues California expansion

WATSONVILLE, Calif. (Feb. 24, 2026) – Angry Chickz is bringing its Nashville hot chicken to Watsonville with the opening of its first location in the city, set to open March 20 at 975 Main Street, Suite 5. The new restaurant marks the brand’s 32nd location in California and 36th systemwide, continuing its growth across the state and introducing Angry Chickz to the Monterey Bay region. 


The Watsonville opening introduces the Angry Chickz’s made-to-order chicken tenders, sliders, and bowls, known for customizable heat levels ranging from “Country” to “Angry,”. Allowing guests to tailor the experience to their taste.  Located along Main Street, the restaurant is designed to serve both locals and visitors looking for bold flavor, high-quality ingredients, and a fast-casual experience that’s energetic..
